Mental Health & Wellbeing
At Bisley Blue Coat C of E Primary School, pupil and family wellbeing is a central expression of our Christian vision “Love, Learn, Live as One.” Rooted in the values of Community, Love, Respect and Trust, we are committed to ensuring every child and their family feels supported, cared for and understood. Our Christian ethos teaches us to love one another, to nurture each other, and to ensure that no member of our community feels alone in times of challenge.
We recognise that emotional and mental health are essential to a child’s ability to flourish academically, socially and spiritually. As a school deeply shaped by relational care and a commitment to wellbeing, we strive to provide support that reflects our belief that every person is valued and known within our community. This commitment is already woven into daily life at Bisley, where strong relationships and pastoral care help children feel safe, seen and loved.
Below you will find links to information, guidance, and supportive activities you can explore at home with your child to help promote positive emotional and mental health. We encourage families to use these resources as part of our shared commitment to learning and living well together.
If you have any concerns about your child’s wellbeing, please speak with their class teacher. In the spirit of our Christian values — particularly Love, Respect and Trust — we will always do our utmost to listen, support and guide you, working together as a united school community where everyone can truly live as one.
